Bloxyra provides a delivery service for in-game virtual items in Roblox games (such as gems, pets, and gamepasses). You are paying for our time and effort to obtain and deliver these items — not for the virtual content itself. All items are obtained through legitimate in-game methods including gameplay and standard in-game mechanics.
All delivery occurs through standard in-game mechanisms (mailbox delivery). We operate fully within Roblox’s publicly available features and comply strictly with their Terms of Use.
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 minutes of payment via our automated delivery system. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to platform issues or maintenance. If your order has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us via the support chat with your order ID and email address and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
Virtual items may be removed, modified, or deprecated at any time by Roblox Corporation or the game developer. Bloxyra is not responsible for changes to in-game items, their value, or their availability after purchase and delivery.

All sales are final once delivery has been completed. Because we sell digital goods delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns.
Contact us via the support chat with your order ID and email address within 48 hours of purchase. We will review your case and respond promptly. Valid refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
